Until you feel a small pebble bounce off your head. Looking up, you stumble back in surprise as a pair of red eyes glares at you from the ceiling of the lair. Those eyes are attached to a rather humanoid looking vampire, larger than the others, yet still his skin is gaunt and stretched thin across his face. You hear a dragon's call- elegant and sorrowful from deeper within the tunnels, but there is no time to discern much about it before the head vampire leaps upon your party. All you know the dragon you heard was an elder [very rare] sea serpent.
