prompt; Sandstone loves entertaining the cubs in the pride. He's created quite a few different games to keep the little ones occupied. But his favorite game has to be Battle (the cubs named it themselves). He plays the part of an angry trespasser that's going to take over the pride. The cubs all swarm him and try to take him down, but they never do by themselves. Sandstone collapses on his side and moans dramatically, telling them that they've taught him a lesson, and he'll never try to invade again.

During fall he loves to hide in leaf piles and move slightly to make rustling noises that peak the curiosity of cubs. He pretends to be some sort of leaf monster. He growls and starts poking out his paws and tail from the pile and the youngs run around him trying to catch them. Once they catch him, he leaps out of the pile, showering them all with leaves. He plays a similar game with them during winter, but it’s much shorter, as he can’t stay too long covered in snow.

1... 2... skip a few.... 10! Ready or not here I come! The cub scurried off to go look for the others.

Flynn was hiding behind a large rock. His location would have been a perfect hiding place for a cub but as an adult lion Flynn was clearly visible from miles away. The rest of the pride couldn't tell if Flynn genuinely thought he was well hidden or if he was just hiding there to make the game easier for the cub. Either way it didn't take the cub very long to find him.

Found you! Its your turn to be the seeker now Flynn!

Flynn started to cont to 10 pretending to have his eyes closed. He actually had his eyes ever so slightly open so he could see where the cub went. He'd spend a while pretending to search for the cub before heading towards wherever the cub was hidden to 'find' the cub. In truth the cub was very good at hiding and Flynn actually never found him on one occasion. Now he always makes sure that he knows where the cub is hiding so the pride don't worry themselves sick trying to find the cub.
