Welcome to the Fallen Oaks Farm event!
It is here that an illegal Euphorian Thoroughbred breeding operation was shut down by local authorities. All of the mares, stallions, and of age foals are in need of homes. There will also be some mares that still have their foals that need to be taken care of. Euphorian lovers from all over have come together to get homes for all of the animals. They've brought giant trailers and are ready and waiting to bring home a bunch of new faces. But before adopting, they must visit the trailer parking site.

Halter: Something like this! What Happened to Her Dam?:After signing in, the couple looked around, trying to find where they can help out at. Soon they found themselves at a pin of just foals. These foals were dam-less. They all looked sad and scared, luckily there wasn't that many of them. One foal stood out to them. Due to her being dirty, she looked gray-ish. Allie sighed, looking at the sad filly. A staff member walked by them, getting called over by Jack. "
Hey! Sir, do you know what happened to that one's dam?" Jack spoke. The three looked at the filly. "
Ah." The man spoke, "
That is 015, we did have her dam with her just a few hours ago. The mare sadly passed away due to being malnourish. The poor mare, she was a very pretty thing. Her foal isn't doing that great as well, due to the mare being malnourish, she couldn't feed her foal. We have to bottle feed her. The man said, rubbing his right arm. "
Well, thank you sir. We are thinking about taking her if nobody else does. Have a good day." Jack said, as he waved the man
Goodbye. The couple watched the foal a bit longer before leaving her to help other horses.

Show Name: You Are My Sunshine
Barn Name: Sunny
Age: (when fully grown) 3 years
Discipline: Search and Rescue
Halter: Turquoise
What Happened to Her Dam?: Sunny's mother's death was very tragic, and she sometimes even blames herself for it. Before sunny's birth, her mother knew there were going to be complications. Sunny was developing at an alarming rate. She was developing too fast for her dam's body to adapt to the pregnancy. Her mother always knew one of them wasn't gonna make it out alive, and she hoped her filly would live. She loved her unconditionally before she was born. From the first little flutter, to the last big push. Her mother cherished all her time she had with her little filly in her belly, because she knew she wouldn't have her by her side when the time came for her birth. She knew there would have to be a miracle for the both of them to survive. When the day came for the birth of Sunny, her dam was surrounded by the horses she loved most. The horses she grew up with and befriended. She didn't concern any of the others with her feeling of death, because she knew this had to be a happy day, no matter what the outcome. It was a long and stressful birth. Sunny was born. Alive and healthy. She was much bigger than the average newborn foal. While Sunny came out happy and healthy, her mother wasn't so lucky. When Sunny realized what was happening, she snuggled close to her mother, and didn't leave her side. Her mother was slowly bleeding out. The horse knew the owner at Fallen Oaks Farm wasn't going to do anything. He had plenty more broodmares. To him, this was just another life he could throw away. Although she was dying, Sunny's dam did what any mother was supposed to do. She comforted her filly, ignoring her situation, and told her this was how it was supposed to be and everything would be okay. The other mares gave the young filly and her dam some space. Sunny slept through the night next to her mother. When she woke up the next morning, her mother was gone. Sunny cried for days, and wouldn't interact with any other horse. Many of the broodmares offered to nurse her, but she refused. She just huddled in a little corner of her mother's stall. Now that the rescue is happening, she needs a good home that I am more than willing to provide.
