custom guidelines
- anyone may create a custom for anyone
- customs must be approved by a staff member
- the head and legs may not be edited for any reason.
- all customs must have an element.
- any customs with items must have an itemless ref
- do not post unfinished customs or "wips"
- custom lined customs are not permitted

- you may also buy a custom with hm's through this system.
- 5 hm's = 1 standard custom, common element
- 10 hm's = 1 common custom, common element
- 15 hm's = 1 uncommon custom, uncommon element
- 20 hm's = 1 rare custom, rare element
