Hibiscus flower ( no rarity; nonpassable )
For this lovely, there are two requirements. One, find me a gif of an orca. Two, tell me her thoughts on the ocean/beach!
To explain her thoughts, you have a minimum of 200 words but no maximum.

name: Lanakila (Lana)
gender: heifer
collar color: same pink as the flower with the orange flower color as some sort of accent

prompt: Lanakila was born and raised just down the road from the ocean. She cannot remember a time where it did not play a role in her life. As a calf, she remembers waking up early, excitedly packing her lunch, beach blanket, and a shovel and pale set for her days in the sun. Sometimes, it would be just her and her mother spending the day oceanside. These days were tranquil and quiet. Lana tended to keep to herself and build sandcastles or collect shells. Sometimes she could cajole her mother into going into the ocean to play, so long as the water wasn’t too chilly. Other times, Lana’s mother would bring her along with her own friends and their calves. Lana can remember the teamwork and determination it took to construct huge sand forts, and each calf loved every second of it. Days like these really helped Lana to connect with other calves and build lasting friendships.
She also enjoyed observing the wildlife in the water. Lana quickly learned that some ocean creatures would bury themselves under the sand to hide from other animals, so she would use her hoofs to dig them up and play with the crabs she would find before setting them free. Fishers would stand in the small cove at the end of the beach with a net to collect fish, and Lana would hover near them to see what cool finds they collected. Every so often, when she was feeling brave enough, she would scale the rocks and climb out onto the jetty and converse with the fishers using rods, as their catches were always much more spectacular.
There was always a deep love and appreciation for the ocean in Lana’s heart. When a hurricane destroyed the beaches and towns and badly damaged Lana’s home, she wept. How could something so lovely, something that she loved so dearly, hurt her this much? Surveying the damage, she became angry at the ocean, who was once her friend. The anger didn’t linger; she couldn’t possibly stay upset with the ocean. Instead, she developed more of a respect for it and it’s power. She was relieved when the damage was finally repaired and the beaches were fixed, and could once again return to her favorite place.

As Lana grew older, she found herself far away from home. She had a desire to chase opportunity elsewhere. She was now trapped, geographically landlocked. There was no more cool breeze coming off the ocean to provide relief on a hot, sunny day. No warm sand to lay in and take the best nap you’ve ever had. She missed the salty tang of the ocean air, and she knew she could not remain where she was.
When she finally returned home, it was no longer summer, but this did not bother her. Lana stood at the shoreline and looked out onto the horizon. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath as the waves gently rolled over her feet and then quickly retreated back out to sea. She felt at peace again. She was where she belonged.

name: Julia
gender: heifer
collar color: matching her eyes (with a lil wave maybe?) <33
prompt: Julia really loves the beach! She's spent her life grazing a secluded field on one of Hawaii's islands, and most days wandered down to the shore. She's somewhat scared of the power held by the ocean, as her mother always told her to respect it, though Julia has maybe taken that advice a bit too far. Her time on the beach is often spent either standing in the water with the water going up to around her knees, as she loves the way the cool water feels and is very relaxed by hearing the waves. She can hear the waves crashing from her field, and they've relaxed her since she was a young calf. Julia also loves to just be out on the sand and soak up the sun, but her dark hair takes in a lot of heat, making a dip in the water quite necessary. There hasn't been a day in which Julia has joined her friends down on the shore just to relax and have fun, even when it's raining, as the abundance of rain means she had to get used to it; that's quite an understatement though, as Julia believes rain makes the beach tons more fun. Julia's first memory of the beach is her mother helping her to stumble down the rocks and through the vegetation down to the water, where she first met the waves. It was magical for her and was what initially sparked Julia's immense love for the beach and ocean, and all the creatures that come along with it. (258)

Keto lives for the salt, the frothy waves and the crystal blue. She breathes the warm ocean air and stretches
her limbs on the sugary sand. During the day, the golden sun burns fiercely on her ebony pelt and she's nearly blinded by
the wavering glimmers the sun casts on the rolling waves. When the sun disappears and the moon makes her grand entry,
Keto is reminded that even in the black of the starry sky, the white glow of the moon lights up everything she looks upon.
This reminds her of the whales that surface on the glassy surface of the still water, blowing their spray high into the warm
air. Their bodies are black as night and glossy enough to reflect the moon's shine, though the white spots below their eyes
and their white bellies shimmer like a thousand suns in the darkest of waters. Keto looks at her reflection, noting how her
own pelt mimics theirs, and it brings her peace and calm and belonging. The ocean is where she belongs, the ocean is her
home. She longs to swim beside those fluid creatures, leaping in the morning sun and gliding in the moonlight, traveling
together as always, as one. ┖┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┚

(288 words) ~ ravenwhisper's wish
gale ~ hiefer ~ gif
───────────
Gale's knees buckled at the sight. Her huge pink eyes widened, as though she'd never look away. It was beuatiful. Amazing. Stunning. The ocean frolicked in the crisp morning air, sending spray up into the sky, sparkling in the sunlight. Gale couldn't stop staring. It was huge. There, in the distance, the sun had just risen about half an hour ago.
It was terrifying. Gale was torn between staying and fleeing. It was huge. And she was so close. The rocky cliffs could crack and shatter, and she would be thrown into this crashing chasm of waves. There was nowhere to go. She'd been so happy a moment before, why did her mood have to change now? It was always like this. Happy, afraid. Terrified, sad. She'd wish it was not, but it always was. And now she was frozen, unable to move. One step away and the rocks might break and fall away. Were the waves growing higher? Coming closer? Or was it just her imagination? Gale could feel her heart rate quicken. It was impossible. She was doomed, she always was, it was a curse...
A gentle touch, happy oink. The friendly brown eyes looking up at Gale. The fear was gone, she was alone again. The waves were slow and steady, she was safe for now. While Tig was here. She turned away from the sea, no longer afraid of being surprised. It was terrifying. It was beautiful. But Tig was here now. The heifer got shakily up and took deep, long breaths, as she had been taught. She followed the small pig known as Tig back to the barn, she was okay, she was alive- the sea was no longer out to get her.
