prompt: what is georgie doing? phantom wondered as she watched georgia pluck flowers out of the ground and collect them in a large leaf she was dragging behind her. she followed her quietly until finally georgia seemed satisfied with her work. phantom watched as she lied down and began to wrap flowers in smaller leaves, gluing the edges of the leaves closed together with sticky tree sap. maybe they're part of a secret ritual. i hope iratze isn't mad that i saw. feeling guilty that she may have intruded upon preparation for a ritual, phantom scurried off. she knew how important rituals were to iratze, the herd leader: they often collected as a herd to celebrate good fortune or attempt to remedy bad times, and flowers were always involved in the hopes to invoke the favor of nature deities. iratze didn't tell me about it, so i'll have to pretend i didn't see. when georgia returned to the herd that night, the flowers were gone.
phantom awoke in the morning and was surprised to see tempest carrying around a small bundle of pale blue flowers. "what's that for?" she squeaked, and tempest smiled. "they're a gift from georgia! isn't she the sweetest?" phantom smiled and agreed, looking around. the rest of the herd had their own bundles, all in different sizes and colors. she spotted georgia holding a large one with big, bright yellow daisies in it. "phantom!" she called out. "hi, georgie," phantom replied as georgia placed the flower bundle at her hooves. "daisies are my favorite, so i wanted you to have them," she said with a smile. with a blush appearing on her cheeks, phantom carefully tucked one of them behind georgia's ear, and the pair giggled as the herd celebrated the joyful holiday. For Valentine's Day, Eliza will be following her usual
tradition. Ever since she was small, Eliza tagged along
with her mother, who taught her of this tradition that
has stuck with her since then. Since the first time she
had learned, Eliza keeps this alive in honor of her
mother and to see the bright smiles that greet her
whenever she takes her journey. To her, this tradition is
a true source of happiness and enjoyment. Around the
time of February 14th, Eliza will usually be found
secluded, taking the week to spend time crafting little
treats and holiday "cards." What does she do with these,
you may ask? Well, Eliza will pack up the night before
the holiday and make her way to her destination -- a
small 'nursery' that lingers with the joyful calling of
calves; orphans or ill.

For the entirety of the day, Eliza will spoil the calves
with the treats and cards, and even the occasional song
and story. She jokes and plays with the little sweethearts,
laughing the majority of the day as she cherishes the
sweet moments with the calves who she hopes to bring..
well, hope to. Eliza finds that the calves are more fun to
hang around on Valentine's Day than a real date! The young
calves love Eliza and the fun she brings with her. Eliza will
forever spend this holiday with them.
