• horrible, horrible cook. will burn everything and make the edible unedible in milliseconds
• prone to getting sick - immune system is compromised & has been since birth, somehow hasn't died yet? miracles
• grew up in cojskag with nils as a childhood friend. ylja also grew up in cojskag, but in a different area. nils & kjetil lived in a town bordering the coast, ylja lived in the alps
