She is seal brown buckskin/smokey brown with pearl. The pearl gene is somatic on her so those darker areas are the buckskin/smokey brown genes showing. Basically, the gene isn't "working" properly and shut off in those areas. Very different from chimeraism where there are two sets of genes (typically not having anything in common, like one might have dun and cream, but the other set will have neither) one horse, where one set is from an unborn foal that absorbed with another foal. The darker area shows a little bit on the other side of her.
