There must be at least two parents to breed, with a max of four parents involved.
Each Chomp can breed 4 times a year. They have NO slot limits.
As long as you haven't bred them 4 times yet in a year, then they can breed.
A Chomp who's bred recently must wait 10 days before they can breed again. All involved parties are on cooldown for those 10 days.
Chomps have at least two offspring per litter, and may have as much as 6 in one breeding.
Also note that the Requests/Things to Avoid are requests you're asking of the Breeding Artist. You may not get exactly what you want, but they'll listen to what you're looking for in the litter.
