Heya! I decided to adopt this cute lil guy out since why not

So, how this will work:
- Round 1: Post the form below and fill it in with your guess. You might find some answers either in my posts here, on dA, or on the community Discord. Some answers have not been posted, however.

Round 1 ends on the last post of page 5 (meaning no posts on page 6 will be allowed)!

- After page 5, I will check everyone's posts and count the number of correct answers and let you all know how many you got right. However, I will not let you know which questions you got correct. Some questions require 2 correct answers, and those will be listed as "1/2 correct" or "partially correct".

- Round 2: Those who have previously posted a form, during round 1, will be able to post a new form, and this time the form will have multiple options to select from. If you want to win, I'd recommend doing a bit of research at others' forms to make an educated guess on which answer is correct for which question.

Round 2 will end either once everyone has posted again, once it hits page 11, or after 24 hours.

This competition may end at Round 1 if someone guesses all questions correctly, although I think that's unlikely.
