Personality:

Macchiato is a complex soul, a man of many things - a poet, a philosopher, a photographer, a coffee and dessert connoisseur. He does not believe in labels nor can he be pigeon-holed into a category or box. A true romantic with the heart of a skeptic, his personality is chock-full of contradicting and complicating things. Perhaps that is why so many are attracted to him, desperate to unravel the mysteries carefully hidden within his mannerisms. He likes to speak in riddles and rhymes and of course gets a kick out of the confusion of those around him. Despite his obvious wisdom he does not believe himself above others - no all creatures are created equal in his eyes. He may have more knowledge but that just means he has more to teach. Macci talks, a lot, but he does carefully weigh the impact of every single word that flutters from his mouth. He has a generally positive and polite outlook and wishes to spread knowledge and happiness to as many souls as he can reach. Even when faced with the intolerant and hateful, he remains composed and does not let his strong emotions sway him. He always appears to be calm which has taken years of training, however the cow faces extreme emotional tendencies. He feels everything so deeply, so completely that his mood can change on a dime with his surroundings. He works hard to surround himself with positive people, so that their energy flows through him and keeps him on the brighter side. When faced with negativity, it is easy for him to get lost within the darkness. He relies heavily on other people but at the same time - those people rely heavily on him. He is a crucial part of a support system to many others, just as they are too him.

Macci is heavily in tune with nature, and strives for environmental protection. He has a firm believe that the earth gives us everything we need to survive, and that we need to repay her for all she does. He finds solace in gardening, in the creation and prolonging of life. He also prefers to be out in the fields then cooped up somewhere, even during thunderstorms and snowstorms. He can find beauty where people see destruction - and he also realizes that without destruction and death there would be no beauty and life. Macchiato strives for a balance within himself and his surroundings. This being said, he does get annoyed when the little things are off. For example, he arranges his plants in a very specific manner so they get the optimal amount of sunlight they need. If they are even an inch moved from where he put them, his whole 'energy' is thrown off. Overall, Macchi is a wise soul who just wants peace and happiness. {470}

So, you were born a heifer?

"Yes, I was born a female. I don't know how to describe it, but I was never comfortable in my own skin. I am a bull - there's no question. I am happy and comfortable now, even if there's people out there who don't like it. I'm not hurting anyone."

Are you interested in heifers, or bulls? Did it change when you transitioned?

"I've always been interested in all. My sexuality is fluid, and my preferences aren't based on appearances. I wouldn't want someone to judge me based off mine, so why would I judge another? What's important is the heart and the soul. If someone has an ugly heart then nothing else matters."

Do you have any special talents you'd like to share with us?

"I don't think any of my talents are necessarily very special laughs. I would say I am very good at handling people's emotions. I can distract those who are sad, and work through the problems of those who are angry. Everyone has their problems and more often then not they let them fester, which is incredibly unhealthy. I help them, and that in return helps me. I've been told I'm a pretty decent singer, and photographer as well."

What do you take pictures of?

"Beautiful things, ugly things. I tend to focus on nature, but I also enjoy doing portraits of people. Not necessarily posed portraits, but candid. When someone's laughing, when someone's looking off in thought. I have such a fascination with what most don't give a second thought. I take pictures of what I want people to see, to know."

You have quite a love for coffee, how did that come to be?

"Funny story actually! When I was a young boy, I liked to sneak into the human's house and rummage through the kitchen. One day I got into the coffee grinds and I thought it was absolutely disgusting. However, I just kept coming back to the can. One day one of the humans actually caught me, instead of being angry they let me have some actual coffee. Sense then I have about three cups a day."

What's your ideal coffee?

"A simple vanilla brew with two spoons of sugar, a bit of protein powder, and almond milk as the creamer. I also add some coconut oil, and if I want to change it up I add some caramel syrup into it. Of course in my own special mug. The daughter of my first human made it for me. It's my most prized possession."

So how did you get to Amethyst Cove?

"I sought it out myself. I heard stories of a thrilling and tranquil island off the coast of Brazil, and immediately set off to find its coordinates. From the rumors it sounded like a perfect haven, somewhere where I could get away from the city troubles and stresses. I set sail with a experienced captain who said he visited the island in his youth. It took a week before we stumbled upon it, and I never looked back. This is my home now."

What's your relationships like on the island?

"Hm, interesting question - let's see. Starling and I get along pretty well, I help her with her studies and we talk about science and nature. Ornella is kind of shy and likes to follow me around in silence, but when we do talk she's very interesting. She loves when I tell stories. I would like to get to know Tokala more, that heifer is a wild mystery I would love to solve. Aracelis likes to pretend she doesn't like me, but she still hangs around. I like to company of the stray dogs and cats as well. The sea creatures spook me a bit, especially the crabs. Don't tell Starling that, or she'll go on a rant about how interesting they are."

Personality:

Dove brings sweet to an entirely new level, and not because she looks as if she is made of chocolate. She's a heifer with a more quiet personality, which means that she can be very shy when she's around other Buttermilks. Her more quiet personality can prevent her from making friends, as she gets extremely nervous when others try and talk with her. However, Dove doesn't have that courage inside of her to be able to get out of her comfort zone and talk with others on the Buttermilk Dairy. In order to bring this sweet gal out of her comfort zone, it requires much patience and understanding. Small-talk will be the first result, but let a few days go past and you'll see that this Buttermilk is truly as sweet as chocolate itself!

Once you get this heifer out of her comfort zone, you'll be able to see the true colors come out. We've already touched on how shy she can be, but we haven't dug into how sweet she can be. Dove is an amazing listener. That being said, she enjoys listening to anything that any of her friends have to say. She's also the type who will also listen to any type of problem and will try and help out the best she can. Once she hears some kind of vent or problem, she's deadset on trying to help whomever comes to her with that specific vent. In a way, she can be a type of 'counsellor'.

Besides the fact that she will listen to any problem or any story that anyone has to tell her, she is also a Buttermilk who loves to joke around with her friends. Maybe not going as big as pranking them, but share some inside jokes with those she loves and finds close to her, like many people do with their friends. She can be very funny, always some type of joke or pun somewhere stored in her mind. That is where other Buttermilk's that get to know her can view as her as a big goof that everyone loves to be around. Having Dove as a friend proves to have many benefits, such as having a loyal friend who will help you through thick and thin. But don't worry, Dove will act how many people do with their good friends! Which means joking around and having fun.

Dove is a more unique Buttermilk. Chocolate milk isn't naturally made, but who says nature cant change course all of the sudden? Dove is the first ever Buttermilk that is able to naturally produce chocolate milk! It's a large milestone in not only the Buttermilk species, but in all cow species all over the world! Not only is Dove able to produce natural chocolate milk, but it turns out to be good chocolate milk. In fact, Dove's chocolate milk is some of the best in the entire world! People from all around come to see Dove, who is now one of the most popular Buttermilk's in the world (though Dove feels awkward with all of the attention since again, she is very shy). Since she is the only known Buttermilk that is able to produce chocolate milk in an amazing quality, the Buttermilk Dairy she belongs to started to sell merch of her, like stuffed animals. The kids are even able to try a small sample of her chocolate milk once it's processed correctly for all to enjoy. Dove is a big deal to many people all over the world. Although she's shy, she eventually warms up to everyone that visits her. Especially since they give her a few good treats!

Personality: At first glance, you would automatically assume that Kara is super sweet and you’d be right! Right?
Wrong. The first thing you need to know about Kara is that, well, she’s less “milk chocolate” (as much as you’d think that’s what a buttermilk would be) and more “dark chocolate.” Which, is to say, bitter. She’s pretty sarcastic and is really blunt. For instance, if you got a bad haircut and asked her what she thought, she would tell her you it was horrible. She doesn’t really mean the things she says but you wouldn’t be able to tell that from the way she acts. In any case, Kara doesn’t really get along that well with other buttermilk. Kara isn’t “mean” though, she wouldn’t stand for bullying and would attempt to make anyone who’s sad feel better. Though she’s not very good at the latter....

To be honest, she’s horrible. Kara is not the perfect sweet buttermilk everyone expects her to be. She’s a regular buttermilk with virtues and flaws -(many flaws)- like everyone else.

An self-sustaining eco-house in the middle of the amazon. I'd live there for 2 reasons. One, It'd be ecofriendly. Two, there's almost no other buttermilks in the amazon.

I love iced cappucinos and oreos.
