I'm sorry but that's not quite how that works, this cub is reserved to the owners of the parents until it's decided what will be done with her and her siblings, however if you care to go to the main adopt found here you could always try to find a free longneck up for adoption!
Unless you have permission from both owners of the parents, of course, but I'd need confirmation from both.
