Hailed as the gem of faith, the garnet stone symbolizes loyalty, good fortune, and safe travels. Praised for its rich red coloration this gem has been recognized for its beauty far and wide, some going as far as to say the garnet stone symbolizes life itself.
Not only does this kalon share its coloration with its birthstone but it has adorned itself with the gem, centering a jewel in each bun of hair and displaying a large stone centerpiece around its neck. How did they come about such fine jewelry? Well, to put it simply: they stole it.
That's right, in spite of their dashing appearance this kalon is a crook. You're job is to play detective and tell me where they stole each of the gems they're wearing and why they stole them in the first place. You'll find they have 12 smaller jewels lodged in their buns (six on each side) and of course their brilliant collar piece. Each gem can be found at a different location or they can be found in groups or pairs, however you want it. At the end of your form tell me if you where able to catch this kalon or if they vanished like a thief in the night- literally.
You'll have an unlimited amount of words and art you can use but be aware this contest will be judged on how you are answering the prompt. All writing and art should strictly be related to the prompt, though you're free to work things such as personality and backstory into your writing if you'd like. You just can not have them as stand alone. You're free to pretty up your form but please be aware it's not going to effect how I judge you. I will be placing a large focusing on effort and creativity when judging this contest so those are two things you might want to be aware of. Quality matters far more than quantity!
