How does this Komo practice self-care?; she makes a conscious effort to do something nice for herself. after dealing with a lot of stress and hardships in her life, it is nice to finally be able to buy herself an ice cream here and there, or a nice new hat, or just let herself breathe for once, without choking herself with more work than she can handle. she has a hard time saying no to people, so she helps herself by telling herself it's okay to say no here and there.

echoing words. back and fourths, what the little voice in the back of their mind calls out.
they don’t want to hear these words, in all honesty. they want to hear positive things.

they layed down, back against their bed. headphones in, some of their favourite instrumentals playing - probably the instrumental version of kpop music, or some lofi hiphop and chillstep.

the air was sweet, tangy. fresh flowers - including lavender, rose and orchid - were set up on their desk in a plain glass. their room was plain.

a set of drying paints were layed out, with a beginning of a painting on their wall. they painted to distract themselves, to add even a spark of colour to their room. the painting appeared to be a galaxy made of flowers.

lHow does this Komo practice self-care?; Ann is a bit rambunctious, so when it comes to self care, she needs to do a little better. Ann tries to look pretty most of the time, so a requirement for that would be healthy fur, right? Ann tries hard to keep her fur healthy, but she just has better things to do in life. When it comes to self-esteem, Ann doesnt have much. She gets anxious sometimes, and often worries that she isn't good enough. But, in all consideration, Ann does pretty good.l
