Why this color?: There are so many reasons; one of which, is the fact that I love when really dark/colour saturated coats are paired with light eyes and vice versa. The contrast makes the eye colour pop and give the overall character an interesting look to it. For example, if you gave an orange character plain orange eyes (with no other colour whatsoever) the eye colour itself would look pretty bland next to the coat. Light Violet and Blue-Grey looks especially good with a deeply saturated red brown in my opinion as well, something that will most likely inspire me to draw the character more and give her a backstory and personality.
