Story:
‘Are you sure we should be doing this Spiro?’,
Emmy asked nervously,
‘Yes Emmy, have I ever been wrong?’,
‘Wellll’,
‘Don't answer that’,
‘OK, but are you sure?’,
‘Emmy, where has your sense of adventure gone?’,
‘I dunno, it's just something here doesn't feel right’,
‘Emmy, you know how important this place is to our species history’,
‘Yes but’,
‘Just trust me on this’,
‘I've trusted you with a lot of things, which ended in disaster’,
‘I promise it won't this time’,
‘I've heard that before’,
Emmy muttered under her breath, the two young viscets were fast approaching the swamp where the great dragon temple resigned, the worn down building was surrounded by giant mushrooms, we had both heard the rumors of this place, the great dragon elemental guardians trained the young here, me and Spiro were hoping that some may still be here to help us with our elements, Spiro’s being fire and mine being ice,
‘There it is Emmy, the ancient dragon temple’,
‘Woah, so the rumors are true, this is incredible’,
‘Last one to the entrance is a rotten egg’,
Spiro yelled out,
‘Oh, you’re on boy!’,
Emmy called after, running close behind him, before they knew it they were at the large terrace, which had an ocean view which was accompanied by the looming archways towering above them, both of the viscets held their breaths as they walked into the temple, we made their way to the training dojo, it was just like where the map we found had said, as we walked more into the room their hearts froze, in the corner of the dojo there was a bright red viscet, who was quite tall gazing at the wall for some strange reason,
‘I know that you're there young children’,
Our faces became pale, their hearts beating repeatedly, their heart rate increasing every passing second,
‘Uhhhh, we didn't mean to disturb you, er, sir’,
Spiro blabbered out,
‘Visitors don't come here for no reason, young Spiro’,
The viscet turned to face them, he wasn't as scary as they anticipated, but they were still scared out of their wits,
‘I am Phoenix, the fire guardian’,
‘How'd you know his name?’,
Emmy asked both scared and intrigued,
‘Young Emmy, I know all, you happen to be the bearer of ice and Spiro of fire’,
Phoenix said while turning to face Spiro,
‘You have much potential, far from what you know young Spiro, you're destined to be more powerful than me, you make think it's silly, but it is true’,
‘Phoenix, I've always felt connected to fire because I know that I could save lives when others couldn't, I want to do a even better job than firefighters, but that seems more of a fantasy than a reality’,
‘Young dragon, anything is possible, you just have to believe in it’.
