Ｕｎｄｅｒ ｔｈｅ ｓｅａ， ｕｎｄｅｒ ｔｈｅ ｓｅａ！
The day of her birth was a cherished day, the fifth daughter of Asgore, the undersea kingdom, Nayda Dyliris. She would grow up a gorgeous princess and marry into the Avion, to the crown prince. It'd bring peace to the warring nations- this kit would be a savior to many if she only fulfilled her duty. Nayda didn't want to do this, however. She was a free spirit. When she was to be tutored, she escaped the castle walls and roamed the villages, buying from merchants and greeting strangers. They were in awe of her, when she wanted to just be treated as an equal. So the next times when she explored the kingdom, she disguised as the townspeople, and listened to their complaints of the way the kingdoms were run. She then proceeded to try and fix those things. Nayda would've been an amazing queen, understanding and listening to her people. However, she decided not to take that path. Nayda would prank and scare the servants in the castle, hoping eventually the kingdom would give up on her marrying away. She didn't want to do so, she didn't want to be enslaved to a throne she could never run from. So she tried time and time again to escape her future, to no avail. Nayda wanted to be a knight, and protect her people. She didn't want to wear poofy dresses and play pretend. She wanted to fight, and help. She chopped off her long, lush hair, and began to practice with the knights (disguised of course) untill she was knighted, under a different name. She didn't reveal herself for quite some time however, and continued her services to the kingdom. Soon, though, the kingdom of Avion decided it was time for the sacred marriage. Being 18, Nayda had forgotten her cursed wedding by now, being busy with preparations for queenship and knighthood. However, they came. Their fours daughters visited Asgore as well, and Nayda slowly fell in love with the youngest, Aderyn. They loved each other deeply, they had a strong bond they had yet to discover. Yet Nayda was meant to marry the prince. She'd speak to Aderyn whenever possible, herd tell each other tales of their kingdoms and make each other small gifts, like jewelery or a jar of gorgeous shells. Aderyn was meant to marry a prince of Asgore, but she refused. How could she do that, when she'd begun to fall in love with this merprincess. They began to hold paws, and talk strolls throughout the kingdom. They had fallen in love, and there was no way to get out. However, their relationship was forbidden. But- they couldn't be apart. Soon enough they'd had their first kiss, and many more would follow. Finally, the wedding day came. However, Nayda refused the prince, in front of the whole kingdom. She professed her love for Aderyn, and the two princesses married, happily bonded, although their kingdoms still often despise their relationship to this day. Nayda continues to serve as a night, and sometimes visits Avion, although Aderyn and herself normally stay in their own castle on land. Nayda uses a magical necklace to give her back legs, only when near the necklace. It allows her to be on land, so that way her partner may always be allowed to fly, for Nayda would do anything to make her darling Aderyn happy.| Nayda is a brash, quick thinking kalon. She jumps at any oppurtunity, and heing disagreed with upsets her. Nayda likes being right, and often argues her opinion even when she knows it's incorrect. Nayda likes fighting, as it gets some of her agressive nature out. She has an urge to protect anyone she knows, and if she loves you she'd die for you. Nayda's incredibly loyal, and loves her home. She hates to leave it behind, even if the residents are cruel to her and her partner. Nayda is a demigoddess of fish, although she particularly loves sharks. She's developed some method of speaking with them, and is always happy to play with or even just watch the creatures of the deep. Nayda is rather tomboyish, and masculine, especially her voice. This mostly comes from being with the kinights for most of her life. She's always had a fondness for fineries and jewelry, especially those with pearls or a water theme. She often gifts jewelery to those she cares about, and crafts it when she's bored. Overall, Nayda's just a brash, loving and loyal kalon, who loves her home, the ocean- and jewelery every now and then.
