I just realized the irony of making a seal bay :3 lol. My drawing tablet has been acting up a lot lately and even making this girl was a difficult task x.x Hope to get a new tablet today and put out some more of these pretty horses later today

Her Backstory: As her human walked out of the house, her head shot straight up and a whiny left her mouth. However, the human female only waved at her and hoped into her vehicle, just like she did everyday. The mare frowned, her green eyes torn as she watched her friend disappear in a cloud of dust. This was how it had been since she arrived as a yearling. Her human was interested in her and loved her for a month, and suddenly she just saw less and less of her. Poppy was concerned, but she knew her human was well as she saw her every day leave and come back. Every time no more than a few seconds as she went from her car to the house or the house to her car. Sometimes friends would come with her, boys, girls, everyone. None of them gave Poppy the light of day though.
Months passed and turned into 3 years, and still no one paid any attention to the seal bay tobiano grazing peacefully in the pasture.
At this time, the mare had already stopped trying to get her human's attention, until one day, the unthinkable happened. She had been grazing in a corner of the pasture, when a familiar scent hit her. She looked up and there was her human, halter in hand with a lead rope. Excitedly, the mare trotted up to her and rubbed her face against her human, however the human female solemnly placed a hand on the mare's nose and shook her head as she slipped the halter on. "I'm sorry, Poppy," she had said, her voice slightly cracking, "I love you, but I don't have the time for you. It's been 3 years and I've neglected you. Your mane and tail are matted,
your hooves are a disaster.. You should've been taken away. But I found a ranch. In South Korea. They'll take great care of you there, I know they will. But you have to behave. We're going to trim your hooves, cut you mane and tail, and give you a bath. Then you're going to a new home."
And that's what happened. The human female washed Poppy down, removing mud from months ago that was stuck to her legs,
cropping her mane and tail to nearly the longest it could be while getting all the knots out. Her hooves were trimmed, but not shod, and before long, she was in a trailer on her way to a new home. Her green eyes sparkled like emerald as tears fell from them, but she knew, like her human knew, that this was the best option for her. What followed were extensive tests as she said on a ranch near the airport, and before she knew it, she was on her way to South Korea, where she'd find a new home in the mountains.
