Similar to Axolotls, these amphibians can live both in water and on land. Lumis despite being able to live on land spend most of their lives in the water within different depths. Lumis collect air in their necks air sac, sealing it by scrunching their faces into their necks and can stay underwater without surfacing for air for up to 3 days! With bright color patterns and friendly attitudes these beauties often get kept as pets for show. Lumis that live or came from their natural habitat often release a blinding light from within their air sac when frightened, a defense mechanism used in the wild to escape predators.

Welcome and thank you for showing your interests in the LumiBean community! I strongly appreciate all of the marks and tryouts I have been getting for this species, so as a special thanks I decided to continue my Starter MYO idea originally used in Songrems here!
A starter MYO is a slot that every member of the community gets! Regardless of whether you own a Lumi or not this gives everyone a chance to involve themselves in the community without fear of not being able to interact due to now winning a tryout! EVERY user gets a starter MYO! All you have to do to get them official is follow the rules and fill out the form below!


Ｓｔａｒｔｅｒ ＭＹＯ Ｒｕｌｅｓ ａｎｄ Ａｌｌｏｗａｎｃｅｓ

>> Upon marking the threads, Each user of the community is allowed to create one MYO with common edits after joining the community! These are referred to as Starter MYOs (Starter MYOs can only be revamped once if asked, pick wisely!)
>> You may revamp your Starter MYO once, and only once! And you can not request a revamp for at least a month after they are posted.
>> You can NOT completely remake your Starter MYO when you revamp. It must keep at least some similar qualities!
>> You are free to ask another user to make your MYO for you <3
>> Your starter MYO may have as many Common edits as you wish but no higher
>> As to avoid system abuse, you can not gift your starter MYOs, all starter MYOs must be kept by their owner.
>> It is preferred not to take designs from other species, transferred onto these
<< The Base Color for your design should NOT be dark. Dark colors are allowed but the main aspect of it should not be.
<< WIP Pages are NOT ALLOWED. Posted MYOs MUST BE FINISHED
<< Your Starter MYO is not official until a mod or staff member has posted that it is approved
<< Your MYO must not be placed under a cover. All staff should be able to see it from the main page.
<< Your Starter MYO can not be approved unless the form below is properly filled out
