It is Day 10.
As you stroll through the many stands, you notice a smug looking Babusagi leaning against his. He waves you over excitedly, pointing towards a sign hanging next to him. You peer down to read it, and notice out of the corner of your eye that the Babusagi is tapping its front paws together excitedly.
"Hello! Thank you for coming over to my Booth!" The letters are written in bolded white font. "This is a simple little raffle! But it's not a normal raffle- it's free! Every day when I open the booth, you can enter the raffle! And every night, all the names from that day are put into a big generator and all mixed up! Then, one name is pulled out, and that person gets 15 tickets!! And this goes on the ENTIRE event! Yay!"
You pause, holding back a laugh. The way the sign was written, it sure seems like the babu next to you is excited about its job. "Oh! And that's not all! On the last day of the event, all the entries from each day are put back into the generator, and.. and guess what! Five names are drawn, and each get an item! Ooh!~ I wonder what they could be?"
"Just fill out this form and you're entered for the day! But remember, you can only enter once per day. The title will be updated whenever the new day starts!"
