Toy: This girl loves her soft, light sky blue baby blanket. When she was a pup, her fur wasn't very thick and we were worried about her so, I wrapped her up into this blanket. At the time, it could wrap around her several times. Now, it can barely cover her back. When I first got her this blanket, it was the softest material and now it's not as soft, but it still keeps Iris happy and warm. Through the years this blanket has seen it all. She has taken it with her everywhere. She refuses to go anywhere without it and she will pout if it is taken away from her. She is careful with it and doesn't take it through mud and tries to keep it off the ground to prevent holes or tears. Most of the time, she has it draped over her head and her ears fold down under it. No one dares to take away her blanket from her because they know that her wrath is unlike any other. She will fight you for her blanket. At night, she will whimper until I wrap her up in her blanket like I did when she was a pup. I first wrap her blue baby blanket around her, then I wrap a longer blanket around her so she feels as if she is wrapped up like she was as a pup. If she lets you touch her blanket, you know that you have earned her highest respect and trust. She currently only lets her best friend, Jila and me touch her blanket.

Toy: Shaye's favorite toy is a mini-yeti - but not just any yeti, a hand-stitched one that our kennel's owner, Olivia Heidi Koulvier made herself. Many hours went into it's creation. Since Olivia was still quite new to making stitched plush toys many deformities were added onto the yeti - something that added alot of character to the toy. Among one of the deformities is a miss-placed horn. In stitching the horn to the rest of the body Olivia miss calculated it's placement, and hence the Yeti has a side-ways horn jutting out of it's head.

Toy: The one thing Fratellis loves most in this world is his flirt pole. Now, he's a big boy and is a very rough and tumble kind of dude, meaning he snapped his first couple flirt poles. Which isn't a big surprise when you see how he tugs when he catches the lure. The current one at the center of his flirt pole fascination has a thick PVC pipe base, about a half inch thick in hopes he doesn't break it. The line is made of high grade climbing rope, in a brown and orange pattern to match Fratellis of course. The lure is ever changing, his favorite his rabbit hide, or any hide in general. He will chase and chase till he catches and shreds it. Sure this can get expensive but there is nothing better than seeing a happy dog! By the time Fratellis is done he is huffing and puffing with his tongue hanging a mile out of his muzzle and bushy tail wagging. Its the only toy that we've found that tires him out.

Brin's favorite toy is Martha. Now this may sound strange, but hear me out. Martha is.....how to say this nicely......the Energizer Husky. She nerve stops moving and always gives her all in everything she does, and it's contagious. Brin is not naturally a very motivated or playful dog unless he's around Martha. The two of them will happily play for hours on end, but as soon as Martha leave, Brin practically passes out from exhaustion, but he is ready to go as soon as Martha comes back.
