Queryn is a wriggling ball of excitement. She loves being around people, and prance-playing with other animals. Her owners adore that she has a little quirk when she gets excited, as they haven't noticed it with other Silky Dik-Diks. That's the fact that her entire body shakes and wiggles, along with her stubby tail, as if it's barely able to be contained in her small frame. She was never taught this, has just been doing it almost from day one. And Queryn is always encouraged to do so, by her proud parents and other humans who laugh and clap at her unique trait.
Though she hasn't been socialized with every animal, she has met some others of her kind, dogs, and cats. This little ball of energy tends to like dogs more, as they'll play chase games and often are more willing to engage in fun stuffs. Of course, she also isn't fond of the fact that some aren't always able to play nice and are sometimes too rough with her. But it's a price to pay if she wants to play.
Despite her quickness to startle at sudden loud noises, Queryn is still a very curious little female. She loves to explore her humans' many acred home, as there are always interesting animal smells and noises no matter the time of day or year. And if she is scared by whatever, she's quick to return to her owners' sides. She knows they can protect her from Anything after all.
The only thing her humans find exasperating is that she can be picky about what she will actually eat. Of course she'll eat typical herbivore food - grass, hay, etc. But she can be moody if fed a diet that's stays the same with no variety. So her owners have taken to offering different healthy, non-toxic fruits and veggies to her to keep her from 'going on strike' over her food and not eating for a period of time. It doesn't hurt that they sometimes cave and give her non-normal pet/animal foods as the rare treat (her favorite is tied between rice and popsicles).
