This young female was found when one of the SCS members was taking some kennel dogs for a walk. She was tied to a post, practically starving and had some open wounds on her face. The SCS member called the shelter for immediate pick-up and she was taken here. She was very skittish at first and didn't seem to trust anyone. She also was very intelligent, at times getting out of her kennel and starting up a ruckus, and barking while running back and forth. She almost escaped once when a member opened a nearby door but she was caught and put back in the kennel before she could go through.
