their mutation was the short horns, can of glitter was used on the breeding plus red ribbon to make the hair uncommon :0c however, they rolled for the legendary textured hair. it may not grow any longer than what you see here, but you are free to restyle it.
(i assume hair of different textures is still legendary. the lava lamp item itself is rare because of how much was given out, but the texture of the hair is legendary.)
