What is a Sima?
Simas are cat/wolf creatures basically. Their paws resemble a wolves while their body structure could resemble a cat. Simas are also known as 'Sword Mammels'. This name comes from their tail. The tail is the most important part of a Sima's body. They resemble a sword most of all. They are thick and fluffy at the base and when the go down the tail, it gets thinner then widens into two tail guards like the guards on a sword. The jewel acts like the blade.

The jewel of a Sima comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, in which they make a Sima unique. Their eyes are always the same color as he jewels unless they have a special condition. Simas have a furry body, their mane around the neck the most furry of all. Even their ears are fuzzy. Baby Simas are more so however, with furry lips, poofier manes and slightly larger ears than what their heads would allow.

Simas are omnivores, meaning they could eat anything from fruit to the meat of a rabbit and even to things like candy or cake. Their teeth are sharp in the front with molars in the back to chew with. All Simas live or come from tropical places. Most are house Simas though and are transferred to other locations where they live with humans. In the wild they are usually in packs of ten. They are social creatures so that's good. Some Simas mate for life, while others like temporary mates.

The jewels of Simas glow at the night, illuminating the darkness when they want. Some jewel colors however cause darkness while others cause more interesting powers.

A Sima has two types of horns that are found in the wild. They are uncommon though to find a lot with them. There are long ones and short ones. Babies don't know which they got until they grow up.

Redox narrowed his eyes. He hated the sun, so why was he to protect the shrine?
"Go redox."
Redox growled and left the moon shrine, angrily trekking to the sun shrine.

They hate the sun. The sun to them is a problem and needs to be stopped, but he is sworn to protect all w/o oppose the sun God.

Story:
You'd been sitting by yourself on a sunny Tuesday afternoon, waiting for the sun to go down. You'd adorned some neat little ladder shades so you could still see, while still coming off as kind of cool. (You found yourself to be very cool.)

It was about to get dark when the sight of a dark-furred Sima flew overhead, his wings flapping for a minute as he circled above you. Quickly, you scrambled to your feet and began to give chase. This was a mistake, as you tripped and rolled down the hill and into a bush of brambles.

"God dangit, Entropy!" You hissed, glaring at the darkening sky. This was the third time this week he'd done this, and you'd always gone after him to chew him out for it. With no results besides bramble scratches. You puffed out your chest and moved to fix your hair with your paws. After a couple moments you began trekking up the hill, back to your spot.

Maybe next time you'd catch him. Hopefully.

Praise the sun?:
Despite her bright, sunny markings, she'd rather praise the moon instead of the sun. After all, it's less of a risk to look up to the moon instead of the sun, and she likes having her eyesight.

Story:
Open grass suddenly gave way to sun-dappled shade and dried leaves. Tiny paws crunched along the ground! Their rhythmic pattern telling all around it that is was in no hurry. A young sima walked the forest, staring at it all in awe. Her jaw hung slightly ajar, eyes huge and full of wonder. The trill of the birds singing their melodies high in the trees catpured her attention most of all.
She stopped where she stood, tilting her head upward to peer up at the high tree branches. The sun's bright rays hurt her eyes, causing her to squint, but that did not prevent her from seeing the beauty of it all. The young sima was so caught up in nature a sudden and loud tapping sound startled her. Her head snapped down level, eyes huge as she looked around for the source.
Her own sudden movement had startled a bird, it's vibrant redhead crest catching her attention. Her eyes followed the bird, watching it closely. It was mostly black, but had a good bit of white as well. It was a strange looking bird, but she still thought it beautiful. It's head tilted side to side for a bit before it began pecking at the tree it had moved to, making the same sound she had heard prior.
The child suddenly burst into laughter. It had just been a woodpecker that spooked her.
