Shinler is,.....umm. How do you begin? Lets get a few things out of the way, he is optimistic, strange, and a little on the "wavvy gravy" side. Shinler has always been a joy to be around, making jokes, running around, or making a glow party in the middle of summer. Some of his problems is he is constantly hyper, which can be a burden in certain situations .He seems to have two settings for his voice, loud, or extremely loud.
