What are Novibats?

Novibats are a unique species of bats that can take up residence anywhere their heart desires...

Novibats are bequeathed with special "star-stones" that operate as magical transforming agents. Once they come of age, their star stone changes color (the little diamond in the center) and they undergo a permanent metamorphosis which results in their designation to a specific biome. Once metamorphosed, it is incredibly difficult to leave and often results in death because the Novibat is not suited to other climates. Novibats can then remove their star stones, as it loses most magical properties it held and becomes a memento for the Novibat. However, they usually keep them around their necks as it is something they keep with them all their lives as physical memories of their homeland and the Star-Stones serve as a form of name tag.

Milo loves optical illusions and he is like the thorn on a rose, sharp (Well, a sharp, biting personality). He is rude to people he doesn't know/like. Milo hates attention and will do anything to put the spotlight on anyone but himself. He is very sly and sneaky.

life:: eris quickly flapped her wings, splitting through the forest quickly. the green bat latched onto a tree, her tall ears tilted to the oppisites sides as she cheked her surroundings. her tiny deep seagreen nose twitched, she knew she could smell it. blue bell's. one of eris's favourite type of flower. see, when gardening comes to eris, she's very competitive and agressive. she loves her flowers, and will argue over them, trick people for them, and more. she loves them and sees them as living being's with souls. the small but tricky bat does tend to speak for them, as to her, they do deserve a voice. eris's thin and delicete wings spreaded as wide as they can, so she could glide down to the three blue bell's. she sniffed them sweetly, then went down below them. using her paws, they spreded out, so she could now use her arms like shovels. eris used her paws and wings to dig around them, finding most of the roots- she wraped her jaws around the flower stems, easily pulling them out. eris violently flapped her wings. "eurch-" she grumbled, finally ale to free them from the ground. they were really heavy, and she seriously did not want to hurt them. quickly flying down the trail she came from, forced to glide, the flapped to gain height, and glide, so that it didnt ache her wings too bad. she was a good flyer and all, but shes been out all day in the hot country sun finding flowers.
eventualy, she met up where she put the tupils, and a single sunflower. eris also loves sunflowers-- but golly are they heavy, which means they're very hard to carry. she'll have to return tomorrow, in order to get another one. eris wiped her head with her wing, the sun was really getting hot. she'll probably take a cold bath later. she calmly looked down at the collection of rooted flowers. she really needed a rest. in the night where its colder she'd come out and plant and water them, before they beguin to wilt. as much as eris couldent wait to plant them in her garden, she also couldent wait to take a nap, or just rest her wings for a bit.

traits:: tricky, sassy, sweet, kind hearted, passonite, semi-feisty.

facts:: - favourite flower is dragon lillys, but they dont grow around her.
- has a weird, country australlian accent.
- where she lives it's really hot, so she enjoys wet mud.
- wings are a bit more delicete then usual novibats, or maybe she just thinks that.
- likes to groom her body, but leaves her head and paws fluffed up.
