The quiet sound of leaves crunching under strong hooves could be heard throughout the forest.
A stallion made his way through the large pine trees of an unknown location. Upon closer inspection of his face, you could see he had dealt with something tragic in his past. His aura seemed to give off a rather mature tone, which suited his appearance. A small ring adorned his nose and gave him a bold look. His eyes were a pale blue that made his exotic features stick out even more. Even though his appearance gave off of a rather mature feeling, he was the exact opposite.
The entire bend felt familiar to the stallion. It should, since this was where he was raised. Turning around a corner, he reached the place where, by the large oak tree, he was birthed. He gazed it for a while and continued forward, for it made him remember his mother. Mother. The one thing he always yearned for was a mare to call his mother. The reason to his dysfunctional personality was because his mother had passed when he was only three months old. He felt a bitter taste in his mouth, feeling jealous of all the other foals who had a mother to love. Most of his childhood was spent alone, amusing himself in various ways. He had never managed to grow out of this “phase” and continued to act the same, despite his age.
