After some more work with the saddle, I decided that it would be time to see if we could get a bridle on him. This proved to be the most difficult part of our time with Rosco. He gave a good chase, just darting out of reach. And it took him forever to take the bit. We ended up having to bribe him....But it all turned out good and he seems to be taking to it quite well! Seems like we're almost ready for the final test.
Also, we took his bandanges off and the itch looks to have healed! We haven't seen him bite at it yet. Seems safe to say it's completely gone!
