as a child Quin was a naive child, taking everything for granted and never appreciating the good things he had in life. But the day he realized this was a day not long after. Quin wanted to go for a walk with his parents in the park, wanting to see the sights and travel around the small town they lived in. his mother was sick at the time and couldn't afford to be out of bed for too long a time. But in the end she went along. his father was working at the time when Quinn and his mother started out. Quin was walking down the road at the time, running ahead of his mother and out into the road. on-coming traffic. a truck was coming down the road and quin didn't see it. his mother ended up throwing herself in front of him and pushing him back to the sidewalk. inevitably getting hit and killed. Quinn didn't understand at the time only being six, but others did. Quin wound up at the hospital with some small scrapes and bruises, and his father came to pick him up before going to the funeral. quin scoffed at the idea that his mother wasn't gonna wake up, and that she was just sleeping and would wake up soon enough. it wasn't until his father pulled him over and told him straight that his mother wasn't coming back, that he began to understand. He understood on that day that no one was going to help him. or his family, just grieve for a day and move on. no carrying the burden of death on their shoulders.
as a teen Quin no longer holds on to his ideals of ''the naive one''. instead the hardships that were brought upon. him were utilized into something more, that could help him. in the end he realized that others needed help, more than he did. although his mother's death was sudden, he headed to the things his mother had taught him. to help others and be selfless not selfish. in the end these ideologies worked for him and he began to work towards becoming an agent. during his school time he studied many various things, including bird migration and behavioral patterns (to be explained momentarily) and human/warg psychological patterns. during his free time he took to the Avian rescue center in his small hometown. He helped out there, also gaining knowledge like behavioral patterns and different ways of communication, approach, and interaction methods. things he would soon use in his later years. though his job would soon be an agent, he would still be working with wargs. quin had taken a keen interest in birds, following his mother's job as an avian show trainer, at a local zoo. He loved watching her communicate and play with them but found it hard to do it himself. so that is why he took to studying behavioral patterns. in the end through all this interaction and studying, quin has become a social butterfly, being very open and honest with others usually carrying on sentences using pointless and drawn out variables.
as an adult Quin now began to deal with yet again another loss in his life. his father. He had been killed in a shoot out with law enforcement, an accident, but a loss all else. quin stopped his studdies to grieve for his father, now lost without a person to idolize. in that time, his father had gotten him a gift, a small black and white rabbit-dog. as though he knew quin would be lost. this dog, he decided to name after both his father and mother's favorite tree, Acacia. Acacia began to bring quin out of his dark time. quin had evolved from a naive and completely stupid child, to a smart, and wise social butterfly. Acacia finished quin's dream, meaning she helped him acquire his dream. Acacia and Quin became agents. Well, an Agent and his partner. Quin took to helping people, weather it be counselling or full scale snatch-and-grab and interrogate operations. Acacia by his side.
[overview]so if you don't get what I did I'll explain it here.· Acacia was bough by Quinton's father just before he died. his father had a feeling something would come up and had her bought in advanced. Acacia is a friendly and loving gal and wouldn't hurt a fly. She was Quin's motivation for when he was down. thus saying she was the light to his dark. she follows him everywhere he goes and never leaves him alone for too long.
· What is inside the orb is three things. first, Quin's Psychology skills added too, reviewed, and refined every 4 months. then, His undying love for birds, created from his time spent with his mother. He is a bird lover and is thinking of getting Acacia a pet bird friend. And finally his optimism. although it may not look like it, he is incredibly optimistic and will try to make the best out of every situation. something his father hat taught him. these things are not physically touchable or can be altered or added to in anyway. It is only what he perceives to see inside it.
· Why his occupation is Undercover Agent instead of Investigator or Special Agent, is because of his line of work. He works in dangerous situation and his well known by most people. if he were to go into a crime scene he would not want to be seen. so this line of work was perfect for him. Quin loves a good challenge and this sort of job expects just that. along with great acting skills and mental concentration and stability. all of which, with the help of Acacia, He can do just that.
· NOTE:: In those paragraphs his personality and history are written as a combined thing. I have no intention of fixing it or separating it. it developed him along as I want since that was the original plan. I just hope this impresses you enough to win.
