Tall, lean frame, round ears, and bright eyes, Xholis are diurnal, hierarchal, and intelligent species that wield the forces of nature. Xholis are social animals that can be recognized into 2 different clans. The ones that hunt at dusk, and those that hunt at dawn. Their pelt reflects their environment as the Dusk hunters tend to have darker palette while the Dawn hunters are significantly lighter. Between those two clans, the species are once again split into more diverse and specialized packs. Fire, Earth and Water are the most common forces of nature that each Xholi wields. The gem they are born with determines their attribute, which is effected by the parent's gems. Every Xholi is given a role befitting their status in the pack, and the leader of the each pack is expected to keep the peace.

"didnt think id see you here," he murmured, looking away, not at his feet but at a nearby plant. the small action only made him look more like a uncaring being, and the xholi in front of him frowned. "oh, incandescent, nice to finally see you out of that crap-hole of a job. whats it like staring at absolutely nothing for twelve hours?" she sneered, ears turning back with eyes narrowed, almost as if she was asking for a challenge. "well, at least i dont get to see you," he shot back, head raising up with an eyebrow arched, looking confused at her position.

hot, uneven breaths burst out of him, his fur puffed up as his shield came up over the back of his head, attaching itself to his face. he skidded to the side, the monster in front of him howled, eyes wild. it was a mini showdown, their stances locked, and he bellowed out, "get out of here!" the creature snarled, digging its claws into the earth below them and throwing all of its body weight forward. he braced himself, head shield out and ready to go, and as the attacker smashed into it, he looked up just in time to see the terror on its face as it slumped over.

when he had first seen someone cry, with snot dripping out of their nose while they trembled as sobs racked their body, he had said, "youre disgusting," and only now did he regret that. if he had known how much impact that had on them, incandescent wouldve never said that. he wouldve said something lighter, but whats better than that? so he did the only thing he knew how to do, he spat and left, leaving the other behind. his face was blank as he settled back down into his place, looking over the territory as if nothing happened.

Appears to be soulless, most often is lost in blank expressions and silence. Has a vivid imagination and prefers to spend his time in daydreams rather than the real world. For this reason, he is considered to have chosen the wrong job, however he believes his choice was correct, as he imagines himself as a knight or soldier figure in his imagination and therefore has taken up that sort of personality. Although his gaze seems blank he is very observant towards threats, and as he says, he can feel malevolence before he can see it.
