Short Facts

A blue-ringed octopus, named Taffy and who stays in a large aquarium, captures LD's attention span for many hours in a single day. The little dragon just loves watching Taffy's antics around it's aquarium.

Even though Kiwano melons are LD's favorite fruit, it's a treat he gets only about once a month. He does get to enjoy other various fruits, a few vegetables, and fresh meat though. On a daily basis, he gets to pick what he wants from the market, as his human and him walk through it on their way to work in the morning.

He greatly enjoys going to work with his human. Though he doesn't quite understand why all the humans get excited when he's able to convince any of the many young humans who visit the aquariums that he's quite friendly. However, they will quickly rescue him from grabby little ones that start tugging on his feathers and tail if he hisses in alarm.

Despite his charming nature and the morning visit to the markets, LD just can't seem to help himself around the abundant food in the aquarium. Every now and then he likes to have an after swim snack. He knows the many humans will be cross with him, and not exactly sure why, but when he sees a new variety of fish he just has to see how it tastes! This does make his human a bit upset too, but they soon forgive him for whatever exactly it was they believe he had done wrong.

Loving to explore, he has a bad habit of taking instant opportunity to explore any crack, hole, tunnel, etc that he can fit into. He's taken notice that it scares his human when LD suddenly runs off and stays gone for hours without a clue as to where he was. Teaching his human that a wave with his tail is a signal that he's going to go explore is still a work in progress. LD doesn't fear that it'll take long. He knows his human is no dummy and will catch on in no time.
