I'm in the mood for working on his training right now xD so a sketch and some text. Saddley

Salvatore was learning fast, he had grown comfortable in his new surroundings quite quickly and was happy to walk around on his halter and lead around the grounds. The next step was to get him comfortable under saddle. The saddle would be slowly and carefully introduced, first the blanket which he had paid little attention to upon walking around the grounds.

But Oliv was wary about introducing him to the saddle itself, there was no way around it though - he needed to be trained. Salvatore stood by the fence, listening to the movement around him until feeling new weight on his back. He flicked his ears back and turned his head to sniff the strange object. The Gelding adjusted his footing as he grew unsure of what was happening, once a treat was lifted to his mouth, he began to relax.

Gradually Oliv tightened the buckle so that the saddle wouldn't slip as he walked. Salvatore walked alongside Oliv, but eventually stopped at cool metal hitting his sides as he got faster. Oliv lifted her hand to his noseas they stopped, petting him gently. He soon calmed down and began again.

Once Salvatore had grown tired, and bored of the exercise, he stopped and lifted a hand to push at Oliv gently, wanting to go back inside to rest for the night.
