Marchosias is steely, rigid, serious, submissive, corrupted, fearful, and often quiet.









Marchosias was part of a governmental experiment. Because of this, he biologically does not have parents or siblings, as he “born” of an artificial womb. Through development and even after birth, as he grew, Marchosias was genetically altered. His strange tail, markings, and skull oddity are all products of the experimentation.

The scientists and doctors who were assigned to care for Marchosias were very uncaring and cruel to him. He was severely abused, emaciated, and mentally disturbed. He suffered not only through experiments done to him, but was forced to watch the suffering of others in the facility as well. It was very often that his sleep was disturbed by the horrified screams of pain and terror throughout the night.

It is unclear of the motives behind the experimentation. And as time passed by, the government grew irritated with the results they were receiving. Because of this slow progress, the facilities and the creatures within it were abandoned, and the strange beings moved to another location, well, seemingly. Many were too sick or too mentally corrupted to even have the will to move, but the remainder, including Marchosias, fled the facilities.

Since then, Marchosias has been wandering, seeking out a better life, but unsure of where to find happiness, and is scared to trust.

Marchosias suffers extreme PTSD, stress, anxiety, and insomnia. He is also selectively mute, as he learned from a very young age that making any noise would only result in more abuse. He doesn’t like to interact with most other beings, in fear of not being accepted, or in fear of being hurt because he is different. Marchosias has Social Anxiety Disorder, and cannot function properly around other beings, including his own kind.
