This is a special PTP! To win this one, you'll need to play dressup!

Here are all the accessories and their intended locations:
Head: Cowboy hat, Beanie, Top hat, Animal Ears, Mohawk, Flower Crown, Scarf
Anywhere: Sparkles, Feathers, Speech Bubbles, Hearts, Rainbow
Body/torso: Pixie and Dragon wings


Instructions:
1. Save the above image
2. Open it in your art program of choice(Gimp and Paint.net are some free ones)
3. Use the select tool to move around the accessories
4. Once you're done, save your PTP
5. Upload it to an image hosting site
6. Post it here!

Rules:
-Do not create new dressup items
-You may use color-shifting tools to change the hue of accessories if you know how
-You don't need to use the accessories in the way they're intended(you can put the cowboy hat on the butt, etc)
-Do not copy anyone's dressup, however:
-Do not cause drama and claim someone copied you. I will handle situations if I think someone is copying.
-Have fun!

The forms will be chosen half by the dressup, and half by the name!
