Rukami (Gulo Stantes) are a newly discovered species of bipedal mammals. Though they resemble wolves, they are actually more closely related to the mustelid family, which includes wolverines, otters, and badgers to name a few. Through natural selection, these rare animals evolved to incredible sizes and developed sentient brains along with opposable thumbs.

This Rukami pulls it's hair out... It's not known for sure however it's rumored this Rukami ate something that had contained magic or a toxin.. so this Rukami has actual glowing markings and glowing eyes.

Story:
"My story...? Well.. I guess I would have to begin at the start of it all." The deep Russian accent rumbled from the mangy throat of an older rukami. It was clear that the brute had spoken the tale time over time again. Yet the light of passion shone bright in his eyes, or perhaps it was just the radioactive glow emanating from the violet pupils that gazed over the dusty forest. "Even as a wee pup I had a taste for witchcraft and the supernatural. And my mutterier would supply my great needs for adventure. Telling stories of rukami that turns into the hairless beasts, monsters that can grip you by your shoulder and fly off with you." As he spoke it was clear that he was excited, his speech would slip into his mother tongue occasionally as he retold the story. "My vater... he was a different ruk'.. Or perhaps it was my mutterier who was odd. That is all besides the point though." A nervous laughter grumbled, it wasn't clear what he was feeling at the moment.

"As I grew into a mighty fine adult my curiosity wandered like the breeze of the sea. I looked everywhere for ingredients for my next castings and spells. Not that they ever worked. But one day I found something.." You lean closer to hear what he has to say, the thunderous voice coming down to nothing more than a whisper. He cupped his empty handpaws together as if he held something precious, perhaps he was recalling a memory of what he found. "It.. it was small. No bigger than my thumb. Purple in color with the prettiest shimmering you can imagine. If you looked into the flat faces of the crystal.. It was like staring into the River Styx, I felt power overwhelm me.." A shaking sigh rattled his voice, a hint of joy only now remaining on his muzzle. "I should have left it."

"Being the smart fellow I was," the tone was nothing but serious as sarcasm laced his voice, "I decided to stick the damned thing into my potions. Not the entire thing, oh no. Just slivers of it. And so I drank my potion. Only a mixture of raven, deer, and herbs made up the concoction. It was a potion for vitality. And then everything went wrong." He gulped and leaned back with only a single glance to make sure a chopped tree trunk stood behind him as a seat. "It happened instantly. Burning sensations bit at my skin, the pain so intense that the only resort I could come to is to tear off clumps of my fur. It helped but not by much." As the brute spoke he pointed to the furless spot that you had assumed was mange. "Weeks went on with this pain. I didn't know if I'd make it. But alas, it passed. By the end of the pain I had noticed markings showing up on my beautiful grey fur. And that is the end of that explanation."

Night had fallen before you realized, mild panic rising in you. It must have shown in your eyes for a gentle smile raised the edges of the violet striped rukami's mouth. "For that is the ending of that explanation. But if you need company for the night then I can assure you nothing will harm you while I am around. Allow me to tell you the tale of my mutterier and how she met my vater. It is a simply marvelous and romantic story."

As a pup, Trafalgar was abused by his parents, and often pushed
around by his older siblings for something he himself did not understand
(his glowing eyes and markings).
Because of this, he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder.
This is the reason why he pulls his hair out.
