Toxic was outside in the alley at midnight for no good reason. He always loved to wander about at night. He thought that maybe he could take a wallet, give it back later, he didn't know. But then, his glow might give him away before he could do the deed. So he exited the alleyway, hoping to scare some foolish children wandering about. What he didn't expect was for the whole town to be outside! Toxic cursed himself. It was Halloween, that's what. He wanted to join the festives, maybe scare the kids... He grinned. It would be a lovely night for Toxic.
