[Meweep]

This is the PSA mascot, Green Scale! His sister will belong to me. =3= (Her name ill be Grey Scale so i reserve that name. XD) Anyway he's not for adoption, why? Because he's for everyone! Whether you have a PS or not feel free to use him in stories/ art ect. He has no real personality so whoever is using him for something can decide that. No need for permission to use him either, but i have one rule to follow when using him;; Green Scale can be used as a love interest but he is not able to actually date nor mate so please don't break that. He doesn't actually belong to anyone and i would like to make sure this is followed, along with making him 'secretly' related to another PS is against the rules for using him.
