Best Friend Encounter Story: Well, it's rather silly how the two had met. Tucker was a young pup of an otter at the time, swimming around collecting clams and whatnot, but he just couldn't seem to get them open. At the time, Riot had been sleeping, enjoying some peace and quiet. Young pup Tuck, had come across this snoozing mare, and simply thought of her as a rock. He swam to her with his clam in paws, and started trying to open it on her, gently bopping her on the nose as he tried to smash it open. Luckily he didn't have much strength, and the mare woke up after feeling the gentle hits, and she simply laughed and opened his clams for him, using her strong front hooves of course. Since then, they've been friends, but of course now Tucker can open his own clams for himself, though on occasion has Riot open them when they're too tough.

Burn and her friend Jaws met as youngsters. Many of the young GOS were scared of swimming into a certain spot of reef. They said that a young eel had been snapping at chasing them out of the reef. Burn, having quite the attitude, said no eel would chase her out. She swam into the reef and a few seconds later a young spotted eel came right at her. Determined to stand her ground, Burn swam at it. Neither of them was willing to give in so they dragged into each other. They were both impressed with the others bravery and decided to become friends. Burn convinced Jaws to stop chasing the other GOS and the two of them have been best pals for years. They often go off and do stunts together, like jumping rocks or swimming through places with strong tides.
