- Dreamcatchers are a tiny breed of horse; they only reach 30cm at full height, and the males tend to be taller.
- When a human child is born, a dreamcatcher is also born, no-one quite knows how because they are not truly assigned to their human until they are five - As an untrained foal would be useless fighting against a nightmare and most children are too innocent to begin having nightmares any earlier.
- The mane, tail and eye nebula are made of dreams. Good dreams.
- Because they are so light they are able to float through the air.
- A dreamcatcher stallion often gives a mare jewellery for their horns to show they love them.
- The dreamcatcher mares have an eye nebula {the trail behind their eye} while the males dont.
- They will stay with you until you die, but once you die their symbiotic bond with you is severed and they also pass on, to "The Dream World" - The Dream World is where they get their rest from nightmares, a reward for fighting nightmares, some may even call it an eternal slumber.

Name: Reve
it's actually French, so would be pronounced as ( Reh-vay) - meaning dream
Age: 4 years, 2 months, and 7 days
Gender: Stallion
Personality: Optimistic, kind, Brave, Intuitive, Observant, Jokester, True Friend, Leader, Expressive, Gentleman, Quiet, Intelligent, Somewhat Stubborn (gets what he wants and won't give up for anything less), Lover, Kind of Shy, Protector, True to his Word, Curious, Imaginative
History: Reve's child was his life purpose. His best friend, yet the child never knew he existed. The stallion did his best to do whatever it took to provide Gabe, the child, good dreams for one year. Reve's first year of protecting against nightmares. On Gabe's 6th birthday, he hadn't returned to his usual bedroom, as Gabe had been sent to the hospital- he had been put in ecoma. Reve was the last soul to take care of the little boy for awhile, he even watched as his parents left in tears for the death of their child. At least, they thought he was dead. Gabe still lives on , though, it had taken several days for the boy to wake up. And now, Reve prefers to follow the boy wherever he may go, hoping one day he could prevent something more than just nightmares.
