Mana Geared Hyenas share the same anatomy as the ordinary hyenas, however they are born with
metal intertwined around their left forearm. The metal contains two gems embedded into it and
the Hyenas use it as a controller for their mana. Each hyena contains the magic of one of
the four basic elements, fire, water, air and earth. Their left paws contain the
ability to use these given powers, which can be very destructive. However, the Hyenas will
only use their powers when threatened. Any abuse of power is punished by blackening the gems in
their metal gear, rendering their powers useless with no chance of re-obtaining them.

Eeeeee, he's so gorgeous!! Hyenas are one of my favorite animals, and I love bioluminescence in all its forms~ I really hope I win him! ;u; (I suppose he could be a she, but... well, the creature struck me as rather masculine, so~ )

I'm new to the adoptables community on CS, so by "prettying up" is it art-only or could I possibly write a short story involving him instead? I'm really more of a writer than an artist, I'm afraid, though I am practicing!—I'm just pretty sure someone with better skills will come along and win him, fair and square. ;n;

name: hikaru, a japanese unisex name meaning light or radiance. the characters for this name are 光 in the case of light, or 輝 in the case of radiance. because of her gender identity she's more than happy that this name works out for either gender.
gender: genderfluid, though prefers 'she/her' pronouns. she's biologically male but awkwardly attempting at making the transition between genders, so for now she's settling with genderfluid while she sorts things out.
element: ironically, fire. one would expect she would be a water elemental, though it's surprising to others at first when she admits that she does harness the element of fire: she doesn't enjoy it too much, despite this, and keeps it from others most of the time.
