♡ What is Forever-Chance ResQ all about? ♥

Forever-Chance ResQ is an animal rescue center, dedicated to adopting out a wide variety of critters, both large and small. Some of the animals brought to us have had a rough past, while a few were picked up off the street. Still others were former pets but the previous owners could not maintain their upkeep, thus surrendering the animals here. Each animal that is brought to FCR goes through a rehabilitation program which assesses their individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses. But no matter their background or history, all of the animals here are looking for a new home, where they will be loved unconditionally and forever. Will you adopt one of them, giving them a "forever-chance"?

Forever-Chance ResQ is dedicated to finding the perfect home for each individual creature, and we encourage potential adopters to be 'picky' about which pet you chose to try out for. c: Do not collect these guys like other adoption places here on CS. We wish our animals to be adopted out to caring and dedicated new owners. So please, do not try out for an animal unless you would surely be interested adopting.

This little guy was taken in by Forever-Chance ResQ after a Valentine-gift-gone-wrong. The husband of a family bought the bird in hopes of surprising his wife and kids with a new lovely pet, but the Cockatoo became too much to handle with the noise and mess. Hopefully it will find a new home that can take care of all it's needs!

What does s/he like to do?
Lovey's favorite activity is actually- to make noise. He loves to ring bells, tap the side of his bird cage with his beak, and, of course, squawk. He also loves to shred paper, although he does not build nests out of it. He just... shreds it.

What does s/he like to do? Thorne enjoys being perched on his owner, Angela's shoulder where he can travel around and scream his head off at the rest of the world. He also loves when Angela takes him down to the stable for a change of scenery, where he can then scream at horses. He likes to try to get a rise out of them, his favorite horse to bug being a mare named Ginger. She's naturally irritable and easy to annoy, and he can almost always get into a shouting match with her.

What does s/he like to do? He likes to play with toys: they spark his curiosity with their many colors, shapes, and sizes. He is an energetic bird, and when he isn't with a fellow companion, he tends to pull on the strings of several fabrics, destroy a box to eat it's delicious contents, swing high up above, and push a plastic ball to hear the bell ring. When he is out of his large and spacious cage, he, instead of flying about, plays on the jungle gym right above his cage. He would scramble across to the perches and doze off after a long day of playing on the gym. He doesn't like being lonely, being the loud vocalized bird that he is: his favorite toy would have to be the ladder or the mirror and beads.

Babird. My best friend had a cockatoo named Dabird, and is the sweetest creature in the world. He died recently, and I wanted to honor that sweet bird by naming this one simalar to him.
Gender:
She would be a female. The light pink colors remind me of a soft little baby girl.
What does she like to do?
Babird is a bit on the crazy side. Her favorite thing to do is sit on top of the fan and balance there. She loves it when you turn the fan on and she has to fly off. I have to make sure she isn't in there when I turn it on, because it could really hurt her of course. But since I don't like her doing that, she settles for flying from high places onto people's heads. I personally love that about her, but she does surprise any guests that come over.

She likes to dance. How would a cockatoo dance, you ask?
Whenever someone plays music on their iPod or iPhone, Vale
dances to the music, flapping her wings, moving her head
up and down, moving from side to side: she's a dance fanatic!

♥ What I'd do with Her:

Well, I've always wanted a bird, especially a cockatoo.
They're one of the most adorable type of bird's I've seen, other
than the small, yellow canary. My parents say I can't have a bird,
but once I saw this I was like, 'Oh! I could have a digital bird!'
I'd doodle her on my homework, draw lots and lots of her so
I can practice drawing birds.....I'd do all kinds of stuff with her.
Like having a real bird of my own.
