following instructions. He is a go-
getter and often takes initiative,
making him a great leader.
• Although he may seem scary and
rebellious, Joas has a good intention at
heart. His fierce and head-strong

There is only one way to describe the relationship between Queen
Quetzalcoatl and Joas; Tension. Although Joas is honest and kind,
he does not respond well to commands and instructions. Being
controlling and cold, the Queen is exactly what Joas doesn't like.
Queen Quetzalcoatl's cruel and blunt personality clashes with Joas's
bold but generous nature, therefore, the two would often have
arguments and fights. Joas has made things apparent to Queen
Quetzalcoatl that he will not take commands. He is nothing but
rude to the Queen, and for some reason, the cool headed
Quetzalcoatl responds well to Joas's tantrums and has so far
managed to keep him under control. For this, Joas has envied her.
However, this relationship may not last long as Joas' partnership
continues with Arianna.

"My Enemy's Enemy is my Friend."
Arianna and Joas are 'partners'. This relationship formed when
Joas decided he wanted to rebel against Queen Quetzalcoatl and
follow her enemy, Arianna, instead. The precise and observant
Arianna immediately agreed with Joas's proposal to work together
to overthrow the Queen and they have come up with a plan.
Although, the plan is not yet known to others (and I won't be
revealing it here). Being in a partnership with Arianna was
not so easy though. Arianna is inflexible and skeptical, unwilling
to try out new things, whiles Joas is always opting for the riskier
and possibly harder way. Fights were inevitable. However, both
sides would eventually come to the same (or at least, similar)
conclusion. Through this relationship with Adrianna, Joas has
changed from a head-strong and impulsive boy to a more analytical
and realistic adult, whiles Arianna has become more flexible and
warm towards others.

part of the Queen's 5th element army, where the five special
Pseudodragons gathered. Cas is a cool-headed, observant and
analytic male who contradicts Joas's fiery personality very much.
However, through spending some time with Cas, Joas has come
to love the Pseudo, and vise versa. Although, they don't admit it,
Joas and Cas both love each other like their own family. They
often pair up, as the courageous and expressive Joas always
seem to impress others, whiles Cas act as a 'wing man', following
behind Joas, silently analysing every details of a situation, even if
they are not dangerous. Cas has kept Joas out of trouble countless
of times. He is the guy who always keep Joas down to earth (no
pun intended
) and make him think before he acts.

Tytus and Joas are brothers. However, they have a strange
relationship.They consider themselves the 'Rebel brothers'.
Tytus loves setting things on fire, whiles Joas just generally
loves fire, so together, they made a pack. Every Tuesday,
Joas and Tytus meet at the Coal Forest, where they begin to
light things on fire. Tytus has a strange personality and doesn't
care what he sets on fire, whiles Joas is more careful with what
is being burnt. So usually, Tytus lights fires, whiles Joas observes
and control the flames. These Tuesday practices helped Joas with
his fire abilities and, thanks to Tytus, Joas has managed to control
and master his powers. Although unspoken, Joas respect Tytus as
not only his brother, but also his mentor.

optimism and his (terrible) sense of humour. Serena is what
Joas consider as a reliable and comforting friend, who can
always brighten Joas's day, no matter what has happened.
