The owners planned to have him as a stud, but when he was born, he had a birth defect that made him naturally sterile. The owners were very put out that their 'Dream Equid' was sterile, so they 'had him gelded' and instead used him as a show Equid- he gets dressed up fancy and does shows and parades for audience entertainment. They were determined to make sure their perfect Equid was a star- even if he couldn't be the stud they wanted.

Born This Way- yes I chose a Lady Gaga song, don't kill me >.< Every line in this song has a meaning to him- I can't explain all of it because of the sentence limit, so I'll shorten it; As a colt he was self conscious about being sterile and it drove him away from females, turning him into a homosexual. As he got older he realised it was his destiny- as cheesy and cliche as that sounds, and he had been born exactly how he was supposed to be born. He began to love and embrace the life given to him, determined to dominate his life and stay happy through all of it. This song represents his indomitable spirit and acceptance of himself. (Also, his representation of God is humans, so you can understand it from his perspective ^^)
Short personality: Being a showhorse (of sorts) has made Garibaldi confident and a bit of a showoff- an extrovert. He is naturally charming and charismatic, he tends to be able to draw others to him with that smirking smile and flick of his tail. He is funny, and makes others laugh with his jokes and antics- he just enjoys being the center of attention and seeing those around him smile. He is, however, caring and selfless; he is a softy and a bit feminine- if he saw a foal crying he would play with it or give it something until it was cheered up. He is fiercely passionate about everything he does- do it well, or don't do it at all.

Wild or Domestic and why: Wild, Atlas could never be tamed. Docile looking as he is, to have his freedom taken away would be unbearable. The reason he's remained wild so long is for the fact that he bolts at the slightest scent of human.

What does his quip remind you of? His quipping reminds me of cracked porcelain, and tears stained into his pelt on the quipping around his eyes.

Atlas once knew a mare by the name of Amaya, her eyes, the warmest brown imaginable, had set his heart on fire from the moment he'd met her. She was a rock to his testosterone-filled stallionism, and he was a match that started a fire hat would burn longer than any other. In the end, it was a real fire that ended their flame. He lost her, and changed, remembering and loving all the words she had ever spoken that was both a dagger and a bandage to his soul. Soon afterwards, due to the injuries he received from the wildfire, humans found him and healed him, intending to keep him as a pet, gelding him in the process. He almost went insane with the domestication, and escaped not long after. Having nothing before he found Amaya, and having nothing at that time, he taken the road, unable to look at another the mare with the same devotion he had given his lost love.
Short personality: Atlas can only be described as a brooding, strong and silent type. He isn't dull and uninteresting though, with an audience of keen ears, he can tell stories until the day he passes on. This equid is one to be deemed loyal, and is unable to speak lies, not even little white ones. Although his demeanor screams 'good boy', Atlas is not one to be trusted with secrets, his inability to lie also means that he is unable to keep secrets, excluding the secret of his past. However friendly he may seem, the dappled gelding prefers his own company over the noise of a herd, his inability to reproduce most likely plays it's part in that particular trait.

He was caught when he was 6, he and his herd had just come down from the mountain winter pastures, for spring had come. The men came and want quickly, leaving with more hooved animals than they had come with. It was hard the first few months, until a little girl came to him one day. He was struck by her kindness. From that day forth she was the only human he fully trusted and loved.

( no longer than 10 sentences! ) Brothers Under the Sun - Bryan Adams I think this fits him for the fact that while he has been domesticated, he will always return to the place where he was born, among the native and the prairie. To him there is little that can or ever will be as beautiful as the wide open places, near to the mountains. It also fits him that, with the right equid, he would be happy for the rest of his days.

If you have a problem or need someone steady while in a bad situation, Damar is your guy, he has never fallen short when someone has asked something of him. He loves not staying in one place and figures if he doesn't have to try to settle down with one WME, he won't. He usually travels with the rest of his WME herd and embracing the ability to keep moving and living (almost) responsibility-free.

What song best represents his life story? And why does it fit him? Story of my Life. The song fits him in a lot of different ways. They make many references like, "that I can't change" and other lyrics like that, that have something to do with Ceilie being a sterile equid. It also corresponds with his personality of being a protective and caring equid.
Short personality: Ceilie is a very protective equid, since he can have no children of his own, he protects is herd and friends with his life. Along with that, he is also very possessing, much like a hovering father to daughter relationship. He is also very brave and secure, knowing he will do whatever it takes to protect the ones he loves. What does his quip remind you of? ( no longer than 2 sentences! ) At first glance, it reminded me of whipcream, the darker edges the shadows casted on it.
What song best represents his life story? And why does it fit him? ( no longer than 10 sentences! ) A Perfect Circle- A Stranger. I figured this song would suite his personality best because he has a mysterious forefront about it, and even after a few days he's a little rigid. Only after a month or two will he start warming up to you. He's very communicative, but sometimes he prefers to be alone.
Short personality: ( no longer than 5 sentences! ) Tending to be highly strict when it comes to the cleanliness of people, Ciar doesn't have very many friends for this very reasons. If he was to become wild, he wouldn't last a day. Most people think that Ciar is very stuck up at first glance, however there's a story behind it all. His best friend when he was a wee little baby had gotten a super bug, and unluckily, the docs were unsuccessful at curing her, causing her to prepare for the worst.
