Personality: Bright and sociable, Sun is a valuable addition to the stable at which she lives. She is good with gentle riders, but can get skittish around young children or inexperienced equestrians. With her beauty, of course she's going to attract attention, and she loves it-although it has not gone to her head. She remains a sweet and outgoing mare, although she can be a flirt at times!
Story: Flicking her mane back, the young filly named Caught in the Sunshine chased her companions around the meadow. The grass was sweet and long and the sun shone high in the sky, making the pelts of the young foals gleam as they frolicked and played. Sunny leapt over a small tuft of grass and landed with a splash in the clear, cool stream that ran through the meadow. She bent her head for a quick drink, sides heaving with exertion.
Oh!
One of the other foals, Lady of the Valleys, had leapt in beside her. Water splashed up and soaked Sunny from head to toe, and she straightned up abruptly. Lady's eyes shone with mischief.
"Let's play hide and seek!" she exclaimed, stamping. Sunny snorted in agreement and raced off. The other foals, seeing her streak across the meadow and duck into the long grass, followed suit.
Sunny sniffled at the strong smell of pollen and nectar. She shook her head and flicked her ears- and a tiny butterfly, sparkling lilac in the bright sunshine, settled on to her nose. "Oh, hello," she murmured to the creature. It slowly opened and closed its tiny, delicate wings, then took off. Sunny whinnied and got to her feet.
"Found you!" whinnied Lady, triumphant. Sunny turned and laughed. "Okay, I'm it now!"
And softly, quietly, the butterfly settled on to her back.

Other: I love her! And that butterfly... so sweet!

Story

Flutter galloped through the evening with her friends. The setting sun sparkled on her long beautiful hair. She stoped as she came across a small flower. The flower was light pink and very small. But she bent her neck down and picked it carefully. As the flower was held gently in her mouth, she looked at it like it was an important object. Her best friend Vanilla walked up behind her and carefully took the flower from Flutter. Vanilla put the flower in Flutter's hair behind her ear. Vanilla and Flutter smiled at each other. Vanilla headed back to the galloping group of horses. Flutter stayed there for a minute. The sky seemed to light up and a beam of glittering light came down to the ground. A small purple butterfly fluttered out of it and the light shot back up into the sky. Flutter stood in shock. The other horses didn't seem to notice. The butterfly fluttered around Flutter. Flutter starts shuddering. "Who ar ar are y y y yoo yoo you!" The butterfly whispers in a kind voice. "I am you friend and guardian. I will watch over you. My name is Liac." Flutter says "But why me, other horses don't get guardians."The butterfly whispers "horses who will get amazing futures, get guardians. Someone, or something, to help them."Flutter nods, she is scared at first but goes along with it. In the years to come, Flutter and Liac became great friends. Liac did everything with Flutter. She protected her, helped her, and helped her through some tough times. Liac was right though, Flutter had an amazing future.

When does this competition end? I need maybe until this time next week to work on the story but I might be able to squeeze it in before then x
