Why?: This holiday is pretty much select to my state, because of our history. Pioneer Day celebrates when Utah was reached by the Mormon pioneers(Latter Day Saints, Google it if you have no idea what it is) I love this holiday, because it is when nearly the entire state can celebrate our heritage.(My heritage is uber important to me) Everyone spends time together, and we have many parades relating to the history of Utah. I love it because it is a day to remember the hardships our ancestors went through to get us where we are(Even if the ancestors were not Mormon Pioneers)

Why?: I save up all my money thruout the year for this holiday! I love shopping for people and giving them presents! Especially the lookes on their faces! Sometimes i fail to get presents for the people i know and spend my mony on dog or horse treats, or the ingredients to go in them! Here comes the horse santa!! lol
