The wind flew slowly through the arctic, every feather on this Wintry adapted dragon puffed out, in a struggle to keep warm. He cried out for the third time today, however it made no difference. "Leave!" They had called to the blind, deaf, and shivering ball of fluff. "Cursed!" They chanted angrily. This pup was born on a day such as this by chance, and this day was treated as a cursed day.
He finnaly settled in the snow, ears falling limp. Lantern gave up, whining quietly.
"Curse!"
"Get out"
"How pitiful.."
Deaf and blind, he could not hear the upcoming figure. All he could do is yowl pitifully. The disturbance in the snow startled him, however he was done. The bundled up human's breath wafted around the little thing, and picked him up tight. Lantern deciding, in his little stubborn mind, that this was his real mother, that what happened before had been a different family, and that this one was his.
