I had a lot of fun making this one- and it was in fact based off of viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1415941 ~ my first artist entry. ^^

Her jewel color is white (I don't know why the center is pink -.- ), meaning she has the control over snow and the ability to create blizzards.
Her eyes are two different colors- mainly because I didn't know what color you'd like, and I lost the green color I had first used. xD
