Story:Kai slowly swam through the still water kicking around and laughing she neighed as she leapt out of the water. Happy as she could be, but as she saw the men near the water she tried to swim deeper into the water. She heard the voices echo into the water as the men stared down at her. Kai slowly swam towards the men as one of them put the palm of his hand on the surface of the water, she nuzzled his hand and rose her head out of the water to stare at the men. The men stared at her tail and look at each other the talked in different language that Kai didn't know. Kai neighed up at them as they put down a net towards her, she didn't know what the thing was but she tried to get away from it because whatever it was something screamed danger at her. But the men caught her and tossed her into a bag, they dragged her up a path towards some unknown place. As light finally filled the bag she was in she saw more men but this time they had different outfits some where in plain brown clothing with feathers but others were in different colors but they all had feathers apron their heads and other spots. As the men walked away and left Kai sitting there another creature walked up to Kai but instead of the cruel men this was a girl and she spoke calm to Kai keeping her calm as she started to spread a liquid apron her fur, as the girl sung a beautiful song Kai started to drift asleep.

Voices, voices pierced her sleep as she woke to men staring down at her body in disgust, a man threw a large stone at her body as Kai neighed out but then drifted off to sleep.

The next time Kai woke up again she fell into the water as the men threw her in, she swam around happily feeling the water against her skin again but as she saw her tail she looked at the markings apron her self that the girl made as she sung her beautiful song. Kai neighed happily as she remembered the girl and still had the markings, she would be different than all her friends but at least she had an interesting story about the life outside of the water to tell them.

Aiyana's markings came from different meanings,but about one rescue.
When she was about 8 years old she spotted something dangerously near some rocky stones, and shortly after she noticed the shark. She had hurried over, running over the shark in the process, but that had just madend him so Aiyana praied for hail to fall down on the shark, and luckily her prayers was answered so the shark swam away trying to avoid the hurtfull hails. Later she was honored with the ring around her eye for her great vision, the hand on her chest for running over an enemy and the hail stones on her stomach for that she prayed for hail to fall on her enemy.

Story: Her parents were born into the tribe of the Guardians, The leader had forbid them to be together and banished them. Seasons passed and the female gave birth to a daughter. When she turned a year old, they gave her the paint. Her favorite color had always been yellow, so that is why she was given that color.
When she was three she said good bye to her mother and father and went out on her own, to live her life on her own. The first few days were hard. She considered going back to live with her mother and father a few times, but she kept swimming. One day she was waking up to find some Guardians looking at her. "Who are you!?" She said bolting up. "I thought I was the only one who looked like this!" She said. "You have never seen any of you own kind?" The female guardian said laughing, "I guess she hasn't!" said the male laughing with the female. "I'm Drop and this is Rain. We want to show you something." He said and swam off, Rain behind him. She looked around then followed.
When she caught up to them she was looking over a heard of guardians. "Wow...I've never seen so many guardians in one place!" She said, still taking it in. "Well, this is you new home! Get used to it!" said Drop. She thought to her self with a smile, I finally have a home.

One day when Kato was swimming near the the shore of the lake, an (American) Indian girl saw her, the girl ran to the shore and said "Kato" then pointed at herself and said "Honniasont" (Tribal for wearing something around the neck). Honniasont and Kato quickly became friends and Honniasont painted things on Kato. After awhile, Kato started letting Honniasont on her back. Both taught each other new things, Kato taught Honniasont how to swim, breathe under water, and more and Honniasont taught Kato how to float, get around on land, and other things.

Satinka and her people lived in the ocean near a Indian tribe so had
come to adopt their style of decorating themselves in times of great
excitement, war, or when the comming of age was upon them. Satinka, not
one to break tradition had asked her friends to paint her with symbols
representing things she knew she wanted to better of herself and things
that she had already proven to be best of in her age group.
"a circle around the eye, " she said saying the old story as her friend
painted one on, "helps one to see better, clearer and farther." she smiled
at her friend in thankfullness. The paintbrush went to another, "stripes
on the legs," Satinka said, watching the new girl paint "makes you run fast, not break legs."
Satinka smiled at that one she knew she had earned these winning many races. "hand" she frowned,
she was not as fond of this one but her mother painted it and she loved her mother dear
"hand has 3 meanings death, guidance, and protect they all come into your life at one point."
her father came for the next, "stripes" she said as her father tickled her a little, "to make one
look fearce." she shook her head father could never make something serious stay that way.
"waves" Satinka under her breath reminded her forgetful younger sister they belonged under the

She looked at herself seeing the symbolism shining there and tried not to preene as she followed
several other maidens her age to the dancing square to meet the boys of the lodge.

Lightning flashed across the skies, touching the barren ground near the foamy water's edge. The gods were angry, and everyone knew it. Including Isi. It was a feud between Neptune, Jupiter, and Pluto. Everyone knew that it would not turn out well, for they are the three most powerful, out of all the gods. Isi swam about nervously, knowing that in every fight, someone would be chosen. They usually didn't return from where the went. Therefore, it must be horrible. She wondered if she would be chosen, and if she was, by who? Neptune, Jupiter, or Pluto? She saw a bolt of lightning flash, but felt no electric shock. Suddenly, he was there. Jupiter, king of the gods, and god of lightning. He gazed at Isi. She knew then. She was being chosen by Jupiter. Jupiter approached her, and spoke to her. " I have chosen you, Isi. I want you to know that nothing horrible happens, and you will not die. " He then took Isi away on a cloud, after putting her in a sphere filled with water. They got to mount Olympus, and he painted deigns on her. All golden, the color of lightning. He finished it off with his handprint in golden paint. She could feel the cool swirling patterns on her body and wondered what would happen next....
