What Is A Jewel Mane Dragon?

A Jewl Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewls on their forehead and tail.They eat mostly small mamals such as birds, squirels, and rabbits. The fur on their back,hind, and front legs feel like silk and is very short. The fur around their neck (Their 'mane') and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewl mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkitive. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewl Mane Dragons have jewls at the end of their tail and on their forehead. The jewl on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting. The jewl on their forehead is used during mating season to atract females.

Merh. This should be an easy contest, i'll be judging after the first few.

Username~ HorseRida101

Why HorseRida101? Well, I ride horses, and own my own horse, so I figured I could be 'horse rider', but it seemed a bit plain. I was looking at some horsey magazines and saw someone's name as 'mountain_rida'. I kind of adapted it to make it HorseRuda, but it needed something else. I added 101 to the end because... Well they are simple and easy to remember numbers ^^ I like simple stuff, so I became HorseRida101.

Three of his favorite activities ~

As you can see, Quinn is very quiet. He uses his psychic and mind reading abilities to listen to others rather than talking to them. This trait of his kind of influences what his favorite things to do are.

1~ Photography
Quinn takes photos. Lots of photos. He has stacks of them sitting everywhere in the house and they are taped up in the most absurd places, all crooked and pretty. I'm pretty sure he likes taking photos, but he doesn't really show what his feelings are about it. He mostly takes photos of scenery and wild weather, or moments of affection among others. He likes to look back at the past and his memories, and photos help him achieve this.

2~ Watching the sunset
Quinn can often be found at the very tip tops of trees at sunset when the sky is the color of his coat, red and purple. He usually stays until the sun has completely disappeared, leaving behind the stars that twinkle like his eyes and the sky so black like his mane. Maybe he does this so he can feel connected to something, or just to gaze at the beauty of the sky, but he won't hint at why he likes it so much.

3~ Solving puzzles/Helping others solve them
Quinn also likes to help others with puzzles, like crosswords or word scrambles. He doesn't talk while he's concentrating, just sits and listens to what they say and helps them with their troubles. He is particularly good at hangman, though I guess that might be because of his mind reading ability.

I'm sorry if you think I am copying th13f's idea of photography, its just what I thought about when I saw him ;D

• Listening To Music.
Music is Nix's Life! He loves to listen to Dubstep and Rock-Metal, but also likes Carly-Rae Jepson too ^^He enjoys singing along to things, and you'll usally find him humming a good song.
• Soccer
Nix loves playing soccer as it his favourtie sport. He acutally likes playing when it's raining so he doesn't get all sweaty! He's a team-player and loves to be Ref.. or even goalie! He loves to play anything that invloes soccer, and when he's sick you'll find him cheering on a soccer team... on the T.V. His favourite soccer team? Too many to choose! He'll do anything to play soccer with is friends.

I guess you want the story? I always have the Username Story.. Well here it is! Okay, so I FOUND this avatar picture on my flash-drive and I'm like.. ?_? and I went on with my life.. Then I became an MLP fan, and had forgotten about this picture once more. And I found it again ?_? then an Idea pops into my head. "It could be my avatar!" I searched for sites to make it work and BABAM! It was my avatar, but I still needed a clever name... She was an alicorn, so 'Princess' fit the bill easily. But that wasn't good enough. I already had her cutie mark, it would have to do with water! So 'Princess Whirlpool' popped into my little head and I typed it in before I knew what I was doing! And BABAM! It's my new username o3o

My name is Jonna. It's a dude name.. be quiet! It's a normal name for a normal JMD... But Whirlpool insists that it's not a common name and that none of her JMD have normal name or will have a normal name.. But I guess it's unique... I guess

Three of his favorite activities ~

Ever since I was a little boy dance has always been my favorite sport. When I was three, I would run around twirling. Dance is and has always been my passion. Maybe it’s the control of the dancer’s body to execute each move flawlessly that enraptures me? Or it could be the look on the dancers’ face that says they’re loving what they’re doing? Either way I absolutely love dance. It brings such joy to so many people, both the person dancing and the people watching.

Some people may disagree and say “dance is not a sport!” But I say it is. Sports require pushing your physical body to reach it’s maximum performance level. Just as body-builders mush exercise and prepare their bodies, dancers must also. Body-builders and muscle-men have large, bulky, and strong muscles because of the foods they eat and the work-outs they do; dancers have long, lean, and strong muscles because they do different work-outs than body-builders.

Dance is great! However it still has some issues that come with it. It costs a lot of money to get good training, you may acquire a lot of injuries due to mistakes or improper stretching, and it is A LOT of work just to be good at it. Even though it is a lot of work with a lot of risks, I believe that its’ good outweighs the bad. You learn life lessons from dance class and from your dance teacher.

Dance has helped me in a lot of areas; I am very athletic, strong, and I have high self esteem. I am encouraged now more than ever to try my best in class, at competitions, and in life in general.

So in conclusion, dance is a perfect example of everything I want to be when I’m older: Strong, hopeful, and absolutely perfect. I know I’m not completely those things now, but I can strive to become them as I get older. And that is why dance is my favorite sport.

I don't surf as much as I dance, but I'm pretty good at it! I'm horrible with huge waves however! I despise them so much! But surfing helps my balance, which is basically helping me with dancing.

I play football, simply because it helps me with my dancing. In case you havent noticed, I basically just do stuff.. I improve my dancing! Did you know that football players have to go to ballet? It's to help our balance on our toes, which helos us run faster also! Football isn't all tackling and throwing you know!

Three Favorite Activities
Stealing


Well, of course, as stated above, Rogue loves stealing. Yes, stealing. She is a thief with a stealthy mind. If it catches Rogue's eye, she throws on her pearl necklace, elegant hat, purse-which she has stolen-and lace gloves, so she will appear as if she is a commoner. This is the routine of day; however at night she wears a clock on a chain around her neck-she cannot be stealing things at eight of clock, you know, she must do so at twelve or a bit later. Also she wears dark clothing; usually a black feathered and laced dress, a masquerade mask, and black lace gloves. Rogue is unstoppable. The master! Who never reveals her darling face. Never accept a bargain or a trade from her. A trade? That is simply when you swap items, yet she receives both!


Collecting Items


This may be one of the main reasons Rogue is a thief. She has an addiction to collection certain items for the most beautiful display at her residence. These items include various feathers, watches, clocks, lace, and random gears. Gold or diamonds surprisingly aren't on her list. It doesn't seem to give her that feeling...she doesn't long for it in her heart.


Creating Living Objects


With her collection of gears and feathers of sorts, if she willed to do so, she could create a life-sized machine bird with a soul. Not a real soul, but a soul of steam and mechanical joints. Rogue's greatest creation, which took over seven months, was a panther. It went wrong though, aiming only for destruction. Was this really wrong, though? Rogue used this to creep through the night, shattering glass, almost without a sound excepting the creaking limbs and steaming breaths of the panther.
